Key Responsibilities

Build and optimize core company systems across various departments

Drive key operational initiatives from planning to execution

Develop reporting and dashboards for company-level metrics

Required Qualifications

3 to 7 years in business operations, strategy, consulting, finance, or startup ops

Strong analytical abilities including financial modeling and data synthesis

Operational rigor with the ability to create structured processes

Comfort with technical products and high-level machine learning concepts

Experience with tools such as Notion, HubSpot / Salesforce, and BI tools is a bonus
