Full Time, 72 Hours Per Pay Period, Day Shift

Blount Clinic :

We provide mental health services for those experiencing psychiatric illnesses or symptoms. Our team of mental health professionals provide :

• Psychiatry
• Group, individual and family therapy
• Care Coordination
• Support Groups
• Medication management
• Assessment and referral services

Position Summary :

Oversees the provision of services and the implementation of the business plan at designated service sites. Assures that services are provided by qualified professionals and are compliance with all requirements. Responsible for effective coordination of services by providers and facilitating supervision of clinical staff. Develops performance targets and assures their successful completion. Provides leadership for continuous quality improvement for the clinic's services, operations and functions. Provides clinical and administrative leadership, guidance, support, and supervision to program employees of all disciplines.

Qualifications

Minimum Education

Masters degree in health care; Nursing, Social Work, Psychology or related fields.

Minimum Experience

Two (2) years supervisory experience required. Experience in behavioral health setting preferred.

Licensure Requirement

Must have current TN License as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Therapist / Social Worker.
