Manage, coach, and develop a team of Merchant Success Managers for strategic accounts
Drive team performance across revenue retention, cross-sell opportunities, and margin health
Guide negotiations and escalations with executive stakeholders while fostering a high-performance culture
Required Qualifications
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Ecommerce Operations
Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial impacts and margin considerations
Experience leading escalations and influencing at the executive level
