Key Responsibilities

Lead design-through-delivery phases of complex functional programs, ensuring successful outcomes

Coordinate activities and monitor progress to achieve key project milestones

Analyze internal data and market trends to develop recommendations and impact analysis

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources, behavioral science, or related discipline

Seven years of work experience in human resources, project management, or related areas

Proficiency in project management and strategic development

Advanced analytical and organizational skills

Experience with financial analysis and reporting for large-scale planning processes
