Nuclear Operations Supervisor

A company is looking for a Nuclear Operations Supervisor to oversee operations and procedures for new nuclear fleet projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the procedure development team and ensure project execution meets safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals

Manage resources, project assignments, and participate in recruitment efforts to meet workload demands

Lead team member professional development, including goal definition, task monitoring, and performance evaluations

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent

Preferred candidates are licensed or certified as Senior Reactor Operators
