A well-established landscaping company is seeking a relationship-driven Commercial Account Manager to manage, retain, and grow an existing portfolio of commercial and industrial accounts. This role blends customer service, light sales, and account management to ensure every client receives high-quality service and proactive support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients
- Conduct regular site visits, performance reviews, and inspections
- Ensure high-quality service delivery from production teams
- Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities to existing accounts
- Address service issues promptly and professionally
- Manage renewals and contracts
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, service records, and customer updates
- Work closely with production and operations to meet client expectations
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
2+ years in account management, customer success, or commercial service operationsExperience in landscaping, pest, facilities maintenance, or home-service industries preferredStrong customer service skillsAbility to walk properties, evaluate service quality, and communicate expectationsValid driver’s license and dependable transportationIdeal Backgrounds
