Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Technician to join this team! In this role, you’ll help assemble products, prepare units for shipment, and support daily production operations.

Production Technician Pay : $20 / hour | Full-Time

Production Technician Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

What You’ll Do :

  • Assemble products and prepare components for shipment
  • Program, calibrate, and test basic electronic components
  • Package finished goods and receive incoming materials
  • Maintain accurate production documentation
  • Support inventory counts and general production tasks
  • Follow safe work practices and standard procedures

What We’re Looking For :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools (soldering iron, DVM, crimpers, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Flexible, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks

    • Preferred but Not Required :

  • Manufacturing or electro-mechanical experience
  • Technical degree or familiarity with drawings / specifications
  • Basic understanding of lean manufacturing or troubleshooting

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and perform hands-on assembly
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
