We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager / Sales professional to join a leading organization in the metal processing industry. This is a dynamic role that combines project coordination, customer service, and inside sales, supporting custom fabrication projects from initial quote through delivery.

About the Role

The Project Manager / Sales Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing all aspects of the quoting and order process. You'll interpret fabrication drawings, prepare accurate quotes using in-house software, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings for parts and assemblies
• Prepare customer quotes by calculating material, labor, and freight costs
• Manage incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time completion
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to track project progress
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to support ongoing business
• Negotiate pricing and resolve order-related issues when needed
• Prioritize multiple customer demands while maintaining a high level of service
