Key Responsibilities
Own the full Bookings Revenue lifecycle, ensuring timely onboarding and activation
Identify and resolve friction points between Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success
Lead pricing, packaging, and discount governance frameworks in collaboration with Finance and Product
Required Qualifications
10-15 years in Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, or related leadership roles
Deep understanding of post-sale lifecycle and onboarding workflows
Experience managing pricing and commercialization strategies
Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action
