A company is looking for a MyChart Customer Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and ticket submissions
Assist patients with account activation, password resets, and navigating the MyChart Portal
Utilize knowledge base resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries effectively
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
Previous experience with EHR systems preferred
Experience in a healthcare setting, such as a medical assistant or central scheduler, preferred
Strong PC troubleshooting skills
Previous call center experience preferred
