Schedule Details :
Self-Scheduled ShiftsShift Timing : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 : 30 AM)FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)Schedule Structure : 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays every 6 weeks, 1 Weekend, plus 2 Holidays (1 in Summer & 1 in Winter).Training : RNs will receive training in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and will be cross-trained to assume Charge Nurse responsibilities.Why Join Our Float Pool?

As part of our Internal Float Pool, you will rotate between various units, including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support. Each shift provides new experiences and the chance to expand your nursing skills.
Your Responsibilities :
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care while floating between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU units.Quickly adapt to workflows across different units while maintaining clinical excellence.Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Collaborate with healthcare team members to anticipate patient needs and coordinate care effectively.Implement patient safety strategies and educate patients and families throughout their care journey.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.What We're Looking For :
Experience : Minimum 18 months in Med / Surg or Telemetry (2 years preferred).Flexibility : Willingness to work scheduled shifts including Fridays, Mondays, and Weekends as specified.Required Qualifications :
