Description :

Results Contracting is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own lead generation and marketing for our roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior restoration business in MN, ND, WI, RI and NE . This is a hands-on role focused on driving high-quality local leads, supporting our sales team, and growing our presence in storm restoration.

You’ll plan, run, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) campaigns, manage and improve our WordPress site and landing pages, and drive SEO / local SEO , reviews, and CRM-based workflows (email, SMS, automations). You should be comfortable tracking CPL, CAC, and ROI , using AI tools like ChatGPT to speed up content and testing, and making data-backed decisions.

We’re looking for someone with significant marketing experience in roofing / exterior construction or similar home services , with a proven track record of generating leads. Hands-on experience with WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and CRM workflows is important; basic HTML / CSS is a plus.

Requirements :

1. Growth & Lead Generation

  • Design and execute high-performing marketing campaigns to generate qualified residential and insurance-driven leads.
  • Manage inbound lead flow through AccuLynx CRM , ensuring all leads are tracked, qualified, and assigned properly.
  • Use Hail Recon and other local storm-tracking tools to deploy real-time geo-targeted campaigns after weather events.
  • Maintain and optimize multi-market campaigns (MN, WI, ND, RI) tailored to regional audience segments.
  • Analyze conversion rates and optimize funnels from first click to scheduled appointment.

2. Digital Marketing & Paid Media

  • Build, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns focused on conversion and cost efficiency.
  • Develop ad creative, landing pages, and targeting strategies that reflect brand positioning and deliver measurable results.
  • Conduct keyword research , manage bid strategies, and refine audience targeting to maintain strong CPL and CAC performance.
  • Integrate AI tools to automate and enhance ad performance, customer segmentation, and audience insights.
  • 3. Website & Technical Marketing

  • Manage and maintain the WordPress website , ensuring pages are optimized for SEO, speed, and conversion.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices, create blog and landing page content, and manage plugin integrations.
  • Code and troubleshoot front-end website issues as needed (HTML / CSS familiarity required).
  • Monitor analytics through Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager to identify growth opportunities.
  • 4. Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Manage content across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, promotions, and storm seasons.
  • Film, edit, and publish video testimonials, project showcases, and brand storytelling content .
  • Leverage AI-driven tools for content planning, caption generation, and video scripting to enhance reach and efficiency.
  • 5. Branding & Market Presence

  • Strengthen Results Contracting’s brand recognition and reputation in each target market.
  • Oversee consistent messaging across all marketing channels — digital, print, and in-person.
  • Manage local sponsorships, community events, and partnerships that reinforce the brand’s credibility.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing aligns with long-term company goals and expansion plans.
  • 6. Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on marketing KPIs including leads, conversion rates, CPL, CAC, and ROI.
  • Use CRM and analytics tools to forecast results and allocate marketing budgets effectively.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership.
  • Maintain marketing compliance with state and federal advertising regulations.
  • Qualifications

    Required :

  • Minimum 8 years of marketing experience in roofing, siding, gutters, or related exterior contracting industries.
  • Strong understanding of both retail and insurance-driven marketing dynamics.
  • Proven experience in WordPress , Meta Ads Manager , Google Ads , and SEO / SEM strategies.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AccuLynx CRM (or equivalent construction CRM) and lead qualification workflows.
  • Deep understanding of CPL, CAC, and digital funnel performance metrics.
  • Strong creative and technical skills in video creation , editing, and content publishing.
  • Proficient with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva Magic Studio, etc.) for automation, analysis, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with Hail Recon or equivalent storm-tracker marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Preferred :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (or equivalent experience).
  • Working knowledge of local SEO , geofencing , and data-based targeting.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets exceeding $100K annually.
  • Experience leading a small marketing team or vendor partnerships.
