Tugger Operator

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Tugger Operator to join our warehouse or manufacturing team. The Tugger Operator is responsible for transporting materials, components, or finished goods using a tugger vehicle within the facility to ensure efficient workflow and material handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a tugger (electric tow tractor) safely and efficiently.

Deliver materials and supplies to designated areas in a timely manner.

Follow standardized work instructions and material flow processes.

Ensure that materials are properly secured and documented.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tugger and work areas.

Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding supply needs and status.

Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues or maintenance needs.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Prior warehouse, material handling, or tugger experience a plus.

Ability to operate tugger or willingness to be trained.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Basic understanding of warehouse or manufacturing environments.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for most of the shift.
