Are you a hands-on doer who loves working independently but also knows the power of teamwork? Join us as a Field Installer and help marketplace locations look their best by installing displays, fixtures, organizing products, and making sure everything is on point.

What You'll Do :

• Set up eye-catching displays and fixtures that grab customers' attention
• Follow detailed plans (plan-o-grams) and keep stores merchandised perfectly
• Complete quick store surveys and audits
• Work solo or with a team - mix it up based on the project
• Travel to different locations and follow a clear route
• Keep it friendly with store staff, you're the face of the company!

The role requires the ability to meet physical demands, including standing for extended periods, reaching, bending, crouching, and occasionally lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Travel & Base Location This position involves traveling to various retail locations to perform installations. While most work is done on-site at customer locations, our warehouse and operational base is located in El Monte, CA, and you will be required to report there for inventory, equipment, and team coordination.
