Job Summary :

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for growing Liberty Tire Recycling’s crumb rubber sales across the south-central region of the US. This role focuses heavily on new business development while also managing and expanding an existing book of businesses. The ideal candidate is a competitive, self-motivated salesperson with a strong track record in industrial or commodity product sales.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Drive new business development through prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation
• Develop and expand customer relationships across industries such as manufacturing, construction, and sports surfacing
• Manage and grow existing business
• Track all sales activity and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce)
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms with customers
• Achieve monthly and annual volume targets aligned to incentive compensation
• Collaborate with internal teams on logistics and product delivery

Skills and Abilities :

Strong B2B sales skills with proven success in industrial or commodity sales

Self-starter with excellent hunting, prospecting, and closing capabilities

High degree of initiative and ability to work independently

Proficient in CRM tools and pipeline management

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to travel up to 50%

Education and Experience :

5+ years of sales experience with a focus on new business development

Background in tire, rubber, or recycling industries is a plus, but not required

Technical aptitude to learn product applications and customer solutions
