This team is charged with creating modern, resilient services and capabilities to service the US Government for the next decade and beyond. / ppIn this role, you will be partnering with the Program Director and / or Technical Product Manager to ensure efficient management of project resources and deliverables. Youll work as both an individual contributor and program lead, representing Sphinx. / ppstrongWhat You Will Be Focusing On : / strong / pulliManaging and executing day-to-day tasks to ensure timely project delivery for a multi-million dollar program. / liliPartnering with the company leadership to ensure efficient management of project resources and deliverables (cost, schedule, staff, etc.) / liliAssisting the team and leadership in developing project plans, roadmaps, and project artifacts / liliOwn pivotal program duties to ensure compliance and success such as : / liulliCustomer Relationships and Service / liliTeam management and project organization / liliManagement of Program Schedule, Budget and Execution / Delivery on Requirements / liliSubcontract / Subcontractor oversight (if applicable) and Management / liliProfit / Loss Responsibility for Program activities / liliCross Program Segment Integration and Coordination (where applicable) / liliRoad block removal as needed / li / ulliSupporting Hiring and Staffing / liliAdvancing program area and business vision / strategy and long term plans / liliLeadership and / or support to new business pursuits / liliLight employee performance management as it pertains to program delivery. / li / ulpstrongYou Might Be A Good Fit If You Have : / strong / pulli7+ years of Software / System Development Projects or Programs leadership experience (Aerospace industry a plus) / liliProven ability to multi-task large scale projects and work cross-functionally with all levels / liliExcellent communication, documentation, and facilitation skills / liliHigh level of project management skills to ensure prioritization of key deliverables and competing priorities. / liliExperience supporting the development of project standards, templates, and norms to ensure efficiency and delivery. / liliExperience working with and on cross-functional agile development efforts for full lifecycle projects (Startup, design, development, integration and delivery) / liliExperience with competitive acquisition efforts / liliYou have made enough mistakes and booked enough wins to know how to manage issues, risk and development challenges / liliThe ability to see through the noise to the most critical problems in executing projects / liliUnderstanding of DoD and command and control, mission planning, and common system development techniques. / li / ulpstrongLocation / strong / ppWhile this role is remote, travel is required to support project work.
