Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Internal Medicine

Work Schedule :

100% FTE, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM. No holidays or call.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to :

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.
• Conduct routine physical exams.
• Conduct focused health histories and physical exams of patients with acute and / or chronic health problems.
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing.
• Establish a working diagnosis and develop a treatment plan.
• Prescribe medications and / or treatment and monitor patient's response.
• Prescribe and treat within the full scope of primary care

Education :

If Nurse Practitioner : Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program.

If Physician Assistant : Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program.

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
