Key Responsibilities
Manage licensing compliance and coordinate license applications and renewals
Determine permitting requirements and manage the permit application process
Provide administrative support for project planning, scheduling, and procurement throughout project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent
2-3 years of previous administrative support or office management experience preferred
Knowledge of construction processes and industry state licensing programs
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
