Director of Contractor Sales

What I Will Do :

  • Lead Strategic Growth : I will develop and execute targeted strategies to expand Codale's contractor market share across Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and Nevada, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
  • Empower Sales Teams : I will lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen Customer Relationships : I will build lasting partnerships with contractors and vendors, ensuring Codale remains a trusted and responsive partner in every project.
  • Drive Operational Excellence : I will oversee sales operations with a focus on margin performance, process efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Champion Innovation : I will promote the use of digital tools and CRM systems to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
