SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

As a key member of DHR’s Leadership Consulting (LC) team, the Associate will support Partners and senior team members in delivering high-quality client work across a range of leadership advisory projects. The Associate will contribute to research, analysis, and the development of client-ready deliverables that address topics such as organizational design, succession, assessment, and leadership development.

The Associate is expected to demonstrate intellectual curiosity, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key responsibilities and deliverables of the Associate include :

• Draft, format, and finalize client deliverables, including PowerPoint decks, Word reports, and Excel data tables.
• Build and update organizational charts in PowerPoint or Lucidchart to support organization design engagements.
• Compile, organize, and format benchmarking data to support client discussions and recommendations.
• Conduct company, role, and market research using reputable business sources, synthesizing findings into clear summaries.
• Draft client communications such as meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-up notes with clarity and professionalism.
• Manage project trackers, deliverable timelines, and version control to ensure materials are accurate and delivered on time.
• Support survey launches and data consolidation (e.g., BoardOutlook outputs), preparing summaries and visuals for consultant review.
• Maintain consistency in formatting, structure, and branding across all LC materials and deliverables.
• Update LC templates, bios, proposal decks, and other shared resources to ensure accuracy and alignment with current standards.
• Prepare meeting-ready files, reports, and follow-up materials to support client engagements and presentations.
