Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Psychiatry/Mental Health-NP - Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Private Practice Setting | Out-Patient -Columbia, Missouri (Minimum of 1 year experience as a Provider)

We are currently searching for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join a Psychiatric Group Practice in Columbia Missouri. The Provider would work across the lifespan and see child|adolescent and adult patients in an out-patient setting. The PMHNP would conduct 1 Psychiatric Evaluation per hour and provide medication management. The provider would see a diverse group of patients ranging from depression, bi-polar disorder, PSTD, schizophrenia and other mental illness and co-occurring disorders. The Practice is requesting the Provider have one year of experience as a PMHNP as there is limited time for training. There is an excellent management team in place and the PMHNP would be part of an interdisciplinary team and work collaboratively with the other Psychiatrists, LCSWs and Psychologists.
More about the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Position:
• The Schedule will be M-F, 8:30-5:00pm with the flexibility of working Mon-Thurs (4X10 hour schedule).
• The Provider would provide counseling and therapy services including; depression, anxiety, Attention Deficit Disorder, Grief Management, Marital Stress, Alcohol | Drug Counseling, PTSD, as well as personality assessments, relaxation training, etc.
• Compensation is negotiable and based on experience but the based on the MGMA guidelines but generally a base salary of $115,000-$120,0000 (Depending Upon Experience) with RVU incentives so the average provider is earning $135,000. Comprehensive benefit package including, CME and CME Allowance of $2,500, Medical, Dental, 401K, Malpractice Coverage, and all dues, fees, licensure, certification| recertification covered as well.
