Production Crew Chief Position

The Production Supervisor prescribes, coordinates, controls, and performs work activities on restoration projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services.
• Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities, report daily to the Project Manager / Production team
• Perform initial inspections and assess scope, equipment, and approx. time for work needed to Project Manager, as requested.
• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control, documenting in software (will train)
• Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers. Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects. Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
• Assist in training and directing team members in proper procedures; field work, proprietary software via iPad, equipment / vehicle care, and documentation.
• Additional tasks as needed, while continuing to grow and develop within the company through training opportunities.
• On-Call rotation required

Position Requirements

Pay Rate : DOE - Pay rate is negotiable based on experience - there are bonus opportunities and overtime on a regular basis.
