Superintendent – Concrete High-Rise (West Palm Beach, FL)

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee field operations on major high-rise structural concrete projects in the West Palm market. This role will lead day-to-day site execution, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production of all vertical and horizontal concrete elements.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage all on-site activities for structural concrete scopes, including vertical elements, PT decks, cores, slabs, and major structural components.

Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and sequencing to meet schedule and production goals.

Lead daily huddles, pre-pour meetings, safety briefings, and quality inspections.

Read and interpret structural drawings, formwork plans, rebar shop drawings, and PT layouts.

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and trade partners to resolve field issues and maintain workflow.

Ensure all work meets safety requirements, quality standards, and project specifications.

Track daily progress, quantities, manpower, and equipment utilization.

Qualifications :

7–12+ years of structural concrete experience, with at least several years supervising high-rise or major vertical concrete work.

Strong technical knowledge of formwork systems, rebar installation, PT decks, pour sequences, and fast-cycle high-rise construction.

Proven ability to lead crews, coordinate field operations, and manage complex site logistics.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
