The pay range is $113000.00 - $203000.00

A role within Roundel is an opportunity to be part of a strategic priority business for Target. Roundel is Targets entry into the media business a sell-side business built on the principles of first party (people based) data brand safe environments and proof that our marketing programs drive business results for our clients. Product Teams at Target are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use easily maintained and highly reliable . Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclu sive of all product technology discovery and design work.

In this role you will shape and advance Roundels Sales Intelligence capabilities - enabling data-driven decisions across sales planning pipeline management and revenue performance. Youll design products and insights that empower sales leaders to identify growth opportunities optimize performance and improve forecasting accuracy through actionable analytics. This is a high-performing team working in concert to identify and tune multiple factors to drive highly desirable and meaningful business results.

As a Senior Product Manager you will work in the product model and will partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy related roadmap and set key business objectives (OKRs) for your respective product. You will need to l everage the knowledge of your product as well as customer feedback and e stablish other relevant data points to assess value develop business cases and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product. You will lead a product and work in unison with engineers UX designers data scientists and business partners to deliver a product.

You will be the voice of the product to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the product team is getting the direction and support that it needs to be successful. You will develop and actively understand the market maintain a product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes epics and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.

You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organizations direction. You will foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours. Be bold curious and excited to solve big complicated problems. Success in this role depends on your ability to translate complex business and sales data into clear measurable insights that guide strategy. You will collaborate closely with sales operations and finance partners to enhance visibility into sales performance and drive smarter business outcomes through intelligence and automation.

About you :

Four-year degree or equivalent experience

6 years of data product management experience preferably in media and / or an advertising domain

Experience building or scaling sales intelligence CRM or business analytics capabilities

Proven ability to translate sales and revenue data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions

Familiarity with pipeline analytics forecasting models automation and revenue attribution methodologies

Strong understanding of KPIs and dashboards that support sales performance management ideally in an advertising domain

Direct experience with analytics and visualization tools including but not limited to those within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Domo

Familiarity with ad tech sales cycles and associated data flows

Industry knowledge around sales enablement tools

Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories confirm assumptions and measure success

Ability to breakdown big ideas to drive incremental value and create roadmaps to long term success

Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams

Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories iterative development scrum teams sprints personas)

Ability to lead a body of work with cross-functional partners

Strong communication skills

This position will operate as a Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
