About the Role
Our client is hiring a Dispatch Service Manager to oversee scheduling, dispatch coordination, and real-time communication between customers and technicians. You’ll manage a small team, optimize technician routing, and help ensure smooth, timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the dispatch team and ensure efficient daily scheduling.
- Assign service calls based on technician availability, skills, and location.
- Monitor real-time job progress and customer updates.
- Maintain dispatch dashboards and track KPIs (response times, utilization, etc.).
- Communicate clearly with both technicians and customers.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and minimize downtime.
- Support process improvements to increase team productivity.
- Train and mentor dispatch coordinators on systems and service protocols.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in service dispatch, scheduling, or customer coordination (plumbing preferred).Previous team lead or supervisory experience a plus.Familiar with service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro).Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.Calm and effective under pressure with a customer-first mindset.Why Join?
