Billing Specialist

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist II to provide billing-related service and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Answer inbound inquiries from clients regarding billing issues via phone and email

Review and discuss contract terms, invoicing, and accounts receivable balances with clients

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries effectively

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma / GED with 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent education / experience

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Experience in a related field for at least 5 years may be considered

Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle RMB is preferred
