Salary : $50,000$60,000 annually

Job Title : Quality Control Technician Manufacturing

Location : Swissvale & Rostraver, Pennsylvania (Onsite)

Schedule : Monday to Friday Split between 2 local Pittsburgh locations (2 days at one site, 3 days at the other)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct quality inspections on steel and glass production.
  • Use manual micrometers and calipers to take precise measurements.
  • Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
  • Train and support production staff on quality standards.
  • Assist the Quality Manager with documentation and quality management systems (QMS).
  • Collaborate across both facilities to ensure consistent quality practices.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and trials.

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience in steel or glass industries
  • Proficient with manual micrometers and calipers.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Basic Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS) required.
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
