Job Summary :

FRA is looking for a Systems Programmer to work in Fort Eustis, Virginia. The Systems Programmer creates and / or maintains operating systems, communications software, database packages, compilers, assemblers, and utility programs. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

A Bachelor' s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. A Master of Sciences degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline will be considered equivalent to one-year specialized experience and two years general experience.

A minimum of five years' experience, of which at least three years must be specialized. Specialized experience includes : IT systems analysis and programming.

Must demonstrate the ability to work independently or under only general direction.
