Floor : 7EE Building : Building E General Information Tell us about the unit(s) : Number of Beds -16 Number of Staff 46 Type of staff : o Day Shift (1 charge, 8 RNs) o Night Shift (1 charge, 8 RNs) Patient Ratios (ESTIMATED) 2 : 1 Type of equipment Standard ICU equipment EMR -Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. ICU experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Meditech experience Oncology , Neuro experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Central line and A line placement, Intubation EVD placement (core staff will care for these patients) Best personality Fit : Team player, Accountable, Caring REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS : ACLS Floating Area(s) : All ICUs, BMT, PCU floors Dress Code : Scrub Color / Attire - Royal Blue Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Standard ICU Weekends and On call(if any) Work at least 4 weekends a schedule period. No. of Positions : 2 / 2. Guaranteed Hours : Contract Weeks : 91
