Virtual Client Impact Advisor

As a Virtual Client Impact Advisor you will connect with clients through scheduled consultations assess their goals and present structured recommendations tailored to their needs. You will handle inbound inquiries conduct professional virtual presentations and maintain detailed documentation of each client interaction. This role requires you to blend empathy with strategic insight ensuring clients feel understood and supported at every stage of the process.

You will also manage your digital pipeline prioritize follow-up sequences and maintain exceptional communication standards that strengthen long-term client relationships.

U.S. citizen; excellent communicator; organized; self-guided; prior customer-facing experience helpful.
