A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to the President & AU Board Liaison (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations of the Office of the President and serve as the primary communication link between the President and the Board of Governors
Draft and edit communications, manage the Office of the President inbox, and respond to inquiries on behalf of the President
Plan and execute special events and manage the President's Office budget and operational documents
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
At least seven years of progressively responsible administrative experience supporting an executive-level administrator
Five years of experience supporting governing bodies of nonprofit organizations
Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
