Your role :

In your role as a Warehouse Specialist, you will serve as team member responsible for executing a wide range of property accountability functions IAW Army Regulations, policies, and procedures. As a member of a warehouse team, you will use your experience and knowledge to ensure traceability and asset accountability across a range of activities associated with supply chain management. Your position will report to the Section Lead and is one part of a multi team effort to support different customer requirements.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to) :

• Pulling items from the storage shelfs and safely transporting materials to the shipping area or vice versa.
• Preparing items for delivery, verifying the correct quantity, condition, and if required, serial number.
• Ensuring an accurate inventory of all items in your functional area.
• Identifying any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notifying your supervisor.
• Ensuring that all items in storage are properly placed, labeled, and cared for.
• Managing all items with appropriate care.
• Assisting with training of newly employed workers, as required.
• Scanning labels to ensure products are stored in the correct locations.
• Must be diverse and able to fill other roles or duties as needed or assigned.
