A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-impact technical support for Digital Pathology Imaging applications and hardware
Communicate application functionality and best practices to customers and stakeholders
Maintain case documentation and collaborate with the team to enhance service quality
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant experience or Associate's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
1+ years of experience with server components and technologies such as IIS / Apache, Microsoft SQL Server, and Windows Server OS
Knowledge of networking concepts and proficiency in command-line tools (CMD, PowerShell, PuTTY)
Experience in medical devices, applications, or regulated environments is a plus
Willingness to travel up to 15% for work-related purposes
