Role Description
Come join our team in Woodland Hills. If you love helping people and learning about great health, this is the place to be. The wellness assistant is responsible to setup, inform the client of the services and what it entails and clean up after all services. This also includes customer check in, scheduling, payments, inventory and cleaning. Updating files and daily close out.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge and passion for Health & Wellness topics, with an ability to guide and support wellness activities.
- Excellent Organization Skills to effectively manage resources and schedules.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting, maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in a wellness, healthcare, or customer service setting is a plus.
- A certification in wellness or a related field is desirable but not required.
- Self starter, dependable, honest and always on time. Punctuality is a must.
- English is mandatory, a second language is always welcome.
- Scrubs are required and provided. Closed shoes. Professional presence required.
