Hotel Housekeeping Manager

The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel. This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties.
Compensation:

$16 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee inventory and supply management, ensuring adequate stock levels while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Manage scheduling, assignments, and productivity to meet labor and budget goals
• Respond promptly to guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping services.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all levels.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with an eye for detail.
