Masters Level Behavioral Health Clinician

Professional who provides advanced clinical and behavioral services which may include assessment of behavioral health concerns, individual and group therapy, program development / implementation, and treatment outcome measurement. Under the direct supervision and oversight of an appropriately licensed or certified Behavioral Health professional, individuals in this classification also perform screening assessments of behavioral and emotional functioning, intelligence, achievement, and adaptive functioning. Incumbents in this classification are responsible for working closely with other professional disciplines such as psychiatry and social services, and they may also serve as members of, or consultants to, interdisciplinary teams. May serve in supervisory roles as based on organizational / facility guidelines, and may provide direct supervision to employees in less advanced classifications.

Requires Master’s Degree in Psychology or a related field of study acceptable to the hiring agency, a minimum of 3 years of experience, and may require full licensure or certification (LPC, LMFT, LM / CSW, L / CMHT, L / CIDDT, L / CAT).
