Bermuda Licensed Finance Manager

A company is looking for a Finance Manager based in Bermuda.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of US Statutory accounting and reporting, including financial and management reporting packs

Support the integration of newly acquired portfolios into the financial framework and lead finance-related initiatives

Coordinate internal and external audit processes while maintaining strong internal controls and identifying accounting process risks

Required Qualifications

Must hold a CPA, ACA, or ACCA certification with a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in the (re)insurance industry

Experience reporting to a Group finance team operating in European time zones

US Statutory Annual Statement experience is required

Experience with Solvency II and BMA reporting is advantageous

Familiarity with Oracle and / or SUN General Ledger systems is beneficial
