In capital markets accounting advisory services at PwC, you will focus on providing strategic guidance on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures and capital markets topics. You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals and other transformational business events that may impact an organization's value. The Opportunity As part of the Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services Generalist team you are expected to advise multi-national, publicly-traded companies and private equity firms on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting, and capital markets topics.
