Details : Looking for an experienced PACU RN (Phase 1 and Phase 2) in an acute care hospital setting with prior Travel RN experience. Must have critical care experience. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Preferred skills : pediatric, preop, PALS certification, and Meditech. Night, weekend, and holiday call rotation required.

3 - 12h day shifts (start time : 6a-11a)
4 - 12h evening shifts (11a-11 : 30p)
I can be flexible on hours and shifts if they want a combo of 8,10, or 12h shifts, as well as how many hours per week. Day / evening combo isalso an option. Post whatever you think will attract the best candidates.

The post-anesthesia care Unit (PACU) nurse cares for patients who have under gone anesthesia.
The post-anesthesia care Unit (PACU) nurse is responsible for observing and treating a patient post operation and making sure that they safely awake from anesthesia.
The PACU nurse must monitor vital signs and levels of consciousness to make sure that the sedation is wearing off properly, there are no adverse reactions occurring and patients are regaining consciousness.
Minimum Requirements :
Current RN licensure in the state in which RN is working.
ACLS and PALS certification per contract requirements.
Current CPR if applicable
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
