Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our client's team in Hillsboro, Oregon. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in managing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy in invoicing and collections. This role involves collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to handle complex invoicing and maintain smooth cash flow processes.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and process approximately 20 invoices per month with precision and timeliness.
• Manage complex invoicing tasks, including coordinating with project managers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee commercial collections to ensure timely payments and resolve any payment discrepancies.
• Apply cash receipts accurately to customer accounts while maintaining detailed records.
• Handle billing functions and ensure compliance with established financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients to secure payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address invoicing issues and propose solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of accounts receivable activities and generate reports as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company protocols and standards in all financial transactions.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to optimizing accounts receivable workflows.

Requirements - Proven experience in accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.
