Responsibilities :

• Drive outbound outreach to operators and partners to open new revenue conversations
• Manage early-stage pipeline : qualification, follow-ups, meeting coordination, and tracking
• Support proposal creation, SOW drafting, and pricing prep
• Build and maintain CRM hygiene across opportunities, contacts, and status updates
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and new vertical opportunities
• Assist CRO / leadership with prep for calls, pitches, and conferences
• Coordinate with product, research, and activation teams to gather materials and case studies
• Own follow-up communications after demos, pilots, and RFP submissions
• Help maintain internal sales dashboards, trackers, and templates
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing client accounts
• Draft concise BD emails, LinkedIn outreach, and messaging scripts
• Support event planning (conferences, dinners, activations) with logistics and client follow-up
• Work cross-functionally to keep projects moving from pitch to kickoff
• Comfortable with fast turnaround, ambiguity, and multitasking
• Strong writing, organization, and communication skills required
