    The Company is seeking a Vice President of Data & ML Platforms to spearhead its digital transformation and enhance the end-to-end customer experience. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of shaping and executing the data strategy that is integral to the company's critical business functions, including loan origination, decisioning, customer analytics, and risk management. This pivotal role involves leading a large, geographically dispersed team of over 120 engineering professionals, providing both technical and strategic leadership, and overseeing significant financial and resource management for large strategic projects. As the VP of Data & ML Platforms, you will be responsible for driving technology-driven transformation that adds strategic value and creates a loyalty machine for the company. The position demands a seasoned leader with the ability to translate complex technological landscapes into clear, actionable strategies for both technical teams and C-level executives. A blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership is essential to drive impactful and complex programs. The role is highly influential and requires a candidate who is customer-focused, driven, and ready to take on the exciting challenges of a digital future.
