We are currently seeking an experienced, highly-motivated Community Manager for a 395-unit residential apartment community located in Baltimore, MD (Meadow Lane Apartments). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, financial reporting, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include :

Oversee day-to-day operations of the community and ensure its overall success

Maintain property standards

Deliver stellar customer service

Tenant relations

Leasing and marketing

Oversight of maintenance and inspections

Compliance and regulations

Budgeting / Financial Reporting

Team leadership and training

Increase occupancy, decrease delinquency

Supervise office / leasing team

Requirements :

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential property management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent leadership skills

Ability to multitask

Professional appearance

Strong organizational skills

Computer literacy

Proficiency in Excel, Word and Yardi

Some weekend work
