Production Packer

About the Role

We are seeking dependable individuals to join our production floor as Packers. This position plays a vital role in preparing finished products for shipment by ensuring items are packed correctly, meet quality standards, and are handled safely. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy hands-on work, and be comfortable with the physical demands of the job.

What You ll Do

Pack finished goods securely according to production guidelines

Inspect products for defects and report any quality issues

Label, seal, and prepare packed items for shipment

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized packing station

Track daily production counts and complete basic documentation

Support team workflow by assisting with material handling and waste disposal

Physical Demands

Ability to stand and walk for the majority of your shift

Regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs

Occasionally lift heavier items, up to 75 lbs, with safe techniques

Perform repetitive packing, bending, and reaching tasks

Work in a plant environment with machinery, noise, and temperature changes
