Key Responsibilities
Oversee the onboarding journey for new and existing customers, leading a team of Onboarding Specialists
Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes
Define and monitor KPIs to assess onboarding effectiveness and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of management experience in a Customer Support or Customer Onboarding team within a SaaS company
10+ years of experience in support, implementation, or customer service roles
Strong strategic thinking and operational execution abilities
Familiarity with Salesforce and business process management technology
High business and emotional intelligence
