Position Overview

The VicePresidentofCapitalMarkets isastrategic,operationallymindedexecutiveleaderresponsiblefordrivingthecompany’sfinancialplanning,reporting,andgrowthstrategies,capitalmarketsprogramofcapitalgrowthforthecompany’sfinancialneedsThisroleoverseesallfinancefunctions,includingbudgeting,forecasting,financialanalysis,capitalplanning,andriskmanagement.TheVPofFinancewillpartnerdirectlywiththeCEOandexecutiveleadershipteamtosupportstrategiccapitalneedsdecision-makingacrossalldivisionsofthebusiness.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Partnerwithexecutiveleadershiptoevaluatenewmarketexpansions,capitalprojects,andoperationalinitiatives.
  • Developandexecutefinancialstrategiestosupportrapidgrowthwhilemaintainingprofitabilityandoperationalefficiency.

Capital & Risk Management

  • Managerelationshipswithbanks,auditors,insurers,andoutsideinvestors(ifapplicable).
  • Supportcapitalallocationdecisions,includingequipmentpurchases,locationdevelopment,andrealestateinvestments.
  • Maymitigatefinancialriskbyoverseeinginsurancepolicies,internalaudits,andcomplianceinitiatives.
