Travel Nurse Recruiter

We’re seeking a Travel Nurse Recruiter to support a leading healthcare staffing company. This full-time opportunity is remote and out of region, offering a dynamic environment to connect talented healthcare professionals with travel assignments.

Travel Nurse Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract qualified nurses for travel positions through various sourcing strategies and lead generation.
• Engage prospective travelers by uncovering their needs and presenting suitable assignment options.
• Develop independent recruiting approaches to assess and interview healthcare professionals based on client requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates, consistently expanding the talent pool.
• Negotiate compensation packages with candidates while maintaining acceptable profit margins.

Travel Nurse Recruiter Qualifications:

• At least 3-4 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, particularly in staffing or healthcare placements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Proven ability to work independently with a high sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in MS Office, social media, and database management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
