A company is looking for a Medical Director, Utilization Management.
Key Responsibilities :
Participate in daily utilization management and quality improvement review processes
Provide expedited review and determination of medically pressing issues
Communicate and educate network providers on clinical guidelines and standards
Required Qualifications :
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited school
PA Medical license required
5-10 years of clinical experience, with managed care experience preferred
Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine experience highly preferred
