A company is looking for a Transformation Program Lead who will drive major transformation initiatives across technology, operations, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multi-disciplinary teams through strategy design, implementation, and change management for high-impact initiatives

Build and maintain transformation project plans, KPIs, and governance rhythms while managing interdependencies and risks

Craft and deliver executive presentations, facilitate meetings, and translate strategy into behavior change

Required Qualifications

8+ years in transformation, strategy execution, consulting, or digital operations

Deep understanding of project and change management principles

Advanced PowerPoint, data visualization, and presentation design capabilities

Strong analytical and financial acumen

Experience with digital platforms, data-driven management, and agile methodologies
