A Day in the Life

A typical day as a Transaction Advisory Services Senior Associate might include :

• Conduct company-specific due diligence efforts as our clients are looking at growing through acquisitions.
• Assist in preparation of financial models, due diligence and other materials used in presentations and as support for a deal.
• Assist in standardizing models, processes and procedures.
• Interact with clients and target companies explaining accounting, finance, tax, and operational risks and opportunities identified in diligence.
• Determine the scope of the next project.
• Attend regional and local networking events to promote Eide Bailly.

Compensation : $82,000-$100,000

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local / state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
